, this is the very first outdoor shoot for the show. With
Maharashtra government putting a stay on shoots in the state, the show had to create a new track that is being shot in Gujarat. The whole cast and crew have been staying in Surat for the whole week. But for the lead actor of the show
Yogesh Tripathi
aka Happu this is also the first time he visited Gujarat.
“This is the first time our team is shooting outdoors and this is also the first time I am travelling to Gujarat. I had never been to this side of the country before. I only wish I had come at a time, when I could have explored a little more, and also with family. However, this is also a new experience, because I never get the time to step out anyway. Location change seems like a refreshing thing right now,” says Yogesh. Talking about enjoying the stay there he says, “Ye bhi ek alag mazza hai, we are trying out typical Gujarati food and it is good. We have carried all essentials from Mumbai itself. I had almost forgotten my Bluetooth speaker at the studio. But we made a quick detour while coming here and carried it along, as I cannot stay without my music.”
Since it has been four days in Surat already, he says his family misses him and vice-versa. “I know my son is missing me a lot back home. I have video calls with him twice a day on a daily basis. He’s very curious as to what am I shooting about here, so he keeps asking what is the story, when would it be aired. And invariably he would ask everyday as to when I would return home. I miss him too, and I’m hoping we will wrap up by the end of the week here,” he shares.
