starrer show will soon go off air and fans can't bear the news.

confirmed the news that his show Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke will be going off-air soon. Soon after the news surfaced in media, fans expressed their disappointment over their favourite show coming to an end.
While fans are trending #GiveYRHPKextension on Twitter, an upset fan decided to end her life by slitting her wrist. A fan page of the show shared a screenshot of the conversation with a fan's sibling, who shared a picture of an injured hand and wrote, "My sister did. See."
Sonia Kour, who is seen in the role of Jasmeet in the show, shared the picture on her Instagram stories and requested all the fans not to take such a step. She wrote, "Please don't do this. It's my humble request to #YRHPK fans. I know you guys are with us and I am so proud of you all but please don't take such kind of step."
News has it that Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2 is going to replace the show.
