Mohena got engaged on February 9 in the presence of close family and friends. In this picture, the actress can be seen standing on the stairs all decked up. The Yeh Rishta actress, who started her career as a contestant on Dance India Dance performed at her engagement ceremony as well.

TV actress Mohena Kumari Singh, who is popular for playing the role of Keerti in one of the longest running TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, got engaged in Goa.

Mohena exchanged rings with beau Suyesh Rawat at a beach side venue in Goa in the presence of her family and friends.

The actress looked gorgeous in a floral yellow lehnega choli. She tied her hair in a bun and decorated with flowers. Fiancé Suyesh colour coordinated with Mohena’s outfit and wore a golden sherwani with colourful pagdi.

Mohena’s fiancé doesn’t belong to the TV industry. Suyesh Rawat is apparently from the field of politics.

Mohena's fiance Suyesh went down on his knees as they exchanged rings. Close friends and family members of the couple were present at the engagement ceremony.

Mohena made for a beautiful bride-to-be as she walked towards the stage with her father who held her hand. It was a beautiful sight to see.

Her co-stars from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Rishi Dev, Mohsin Khan, Shivangi Joshi and Swati Chitnis also flew down to Goa to attend the engagement ceremony.

Shivangi shared a few pictures from the Engagement ceremony where she can be seen dressed in a white lehenga and green choli looking absolutely gorgeous. Mohsin on the other hand opted for a casual look and sported a white t-shirt and trousers with a pink blazer.

One of Mohena’s friend shared a video on her Instagram story asking her about her last minute jitters and Mohena was seen admitting that she was excited and nervous at the same time.

The engagement ceremony also saw Mohena’s friends from the dancing fraternity who travelled to Goa to be part of the important day of her life. Choreographers like Kruti Mahesh and Shampa were present.

Mohena Kumari Singh is a princess of Rewa and she is apparently the first girl from a royal family to have participated in a reality show. She made her debut as a participant on Dance India Dance in 2012 and later moved to acting.
