The episode of
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai
begins with the doctor telling Kartik that Naira's condition has been deteriorating since sometime.
The doctor asks Kartik to get married to Naira immediately. The families panic at the slightest idea of Naira forgetting them. Luv and Kush give them an idea and they start recording videos for Naira so that she can forever remember them.
Naira is all restless as she thinks of her wedding. Kartik is distraught as he sees Naira talking to Swarna and the entire family.
Naira tells the family that Kartik said that he will help her forever and she will just think about the marriage and nothing else. Kartik imagines going in the room and telling Naira about his plan of marrying her immediately but then he drops the plan.
He leaves everything to God and asks God to solve the trouble and help them. Naira asks Kirti to stitch her wedding dress. Later Kartik asks Naira to sleep and not overthink. The families spend their night talking about Naira and how things will be if she forgets things.
