Recently, the makers of the show released a new promo featuring

Abhimanyu

Birla (Harshad Chopda) and Akshara Goenka (

The new promo opened with Akshara stopping her sister,

Aarohi

(Karishma Sawant) who was driving a car when she met with an accident. She is rushed to Abhimanyu's hospital. As Abhimanyu enters the operation theatre, he gets shocked to see Akshara's condition getting worse.



For the uninitiated, Akshara and Aarohi both love Abhimanyu but the latter loves Akshara. In the previous episodes, Abhimanyu got engaged with Aarohi and end his ties with Akshara. On the other hand, Akshara continues to suffer and Neil tells Manjiri that Abhimanyu is not happy with this relationship and is making a sacrifice.

The new season of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai features Harshad Chopda, Pranali Rathod, Karishma Sawant in the lead roles.
