Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai jumps up to top 3 with wedding drama; top TV shows of the week

It's that time of the week. Every Thursday, the TRP report for television series across networks is provided, giving producers and channels insight into the content they generate. This week's TRP report indicates some changes in the ratings and rankings of several series. There are no points for guessing the best show. It's the unbeatable Anupamaa.

The current track in the show is with Anupamaa (Rupali Ganguly) providing shelter to Baa and other Shah house residents when their roof collapses. However, the show's TRP dropped compared to the previous week. Jhanak is the second highest-rated show on the TRP ratings.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is in third position with a higher TRP. The current episode deals with a big revelation of Abhira's infertility, which has jeopardised her wedding to Armaan. The next show on the list is Advocate Anjali Awasthy on the fourth position.

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin drops down to the fifth position from the top 2. This show's TRP dropped significantly this week. The current track of the show deals with Savi telling Rajat that Sai is his daughter, which makes him happy. Udne Ki Aasha occupies the sixth slot. The show's track revolves around a big rift in Sailee and Sachin's relationship.


Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is ranked seventh on the TRP list, followed by Parineetii in eighth place. The show's track depicts Parineet eventually exposing Neeti's true face to Rajveer. Mangal Lakshmi takes ninth place on the TRP list for the week, as Saumya attends Mangal and Adit's wedding anniversary, heading to a lot of new drama. Shiv Shakti Tap Tyaag Tandav, ranks tenth in the top 10 list.

Interestingly, the two major reality shows, Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment and Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, are not among the top ten shows of the week. While Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment and Khatron Ke Khiladi 14's TRP is rather dismal. Kumkum Bhagya, Mishri, and Kundali Bhagya top the TRP ratings this week.

TRPs for shows like Anupamaa and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai are expected to rise in the following week. In Anupamaa, the upcoming track will have Anupama and Anuj teaming up to combat Barkha and Ankush while also vying for Asha Bhavan.



Meanwhile, in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the approaching week would be crucial for Abhira and Armaan's marriage. This development has piqued the interest of the fans, who are eager to learn the verdict.
