‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ February 8 written update: Armaan is unable to find a school for Maira
The latest episode of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ starts off with Abhira, her workers at the garage, and Mukti all celebrating the news of her scholarship. During this, Abhira looks at her phone and ends up getting emotional over something. Mukti thanks Abhira for all of her support in the matter, and the two hug tightly.
Madhav learns about Maira being expelled from school, which prompts him to get angry at Armaan. He questions his parenting skills and even references Abhira. He talks about how Armaan is adamant on replacing her from their lives, no matter the cost. Vidya takes Maira to her room as Armaan warns Madhav not to cross a line and take Abhira’s name in front of them.
Armaan says that he’s proud of the way he has handled Maira from a young age; however, Madhav continues to support Abhira. He tells Armaan that none of this would have happened if Abhira still had been here with the family.
The episode ends with Maira feeling restless about the whole situation at hand. Maira also wants to win the game; however, she ends up losing. Kaveri tells her that she was so focused on winning, she lost sight of what was the most important thing to consider in front of her. She teaches her how winning and losing is and how important it is to understand their meaning without getting disappointed about it.
Armaan and Maira have a talk
Armaan and Maira talk about how she has been kicked out of school, with the latter commenting about how everyone thinks badly of her. She apologizes for her actions and says that she regrets everything that she has done so far. Armaan reassures her and tells her that he is there to help her; however, she has to put in the effort from her end. She worries about which school will willingly take her in now, as Armaan wonders about the same matter.Madhav learns about Maira being expelled from school, which prompts him to get angry at Armaan.
