'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ February 7 written update: Maira gets rusticated from her school as Mukti gets her scholarship

The latest episode of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ starts with Abhira and Jaya talking about their children. Abhira starts thinking about Maira; however, Jaya ends up commenting about her daughter, Rinku, and how she wants her to have all of the luxuries in life. Abhira tells her that her dreams about her daughter will come true no matter what.

Armaan and Maira share a moment

The scene shifts to Armaan and Maira sharing a moment as they try to ride a bicycle. Maira feels scared; however, her father supports her and tells her that he will be there to catch her. Meher watches all of this and cheers for them. Her friend points out that Meher should tie the knot with Armaan as the two seem to be very close. This shocks Meher a little; however, she still smiles at the thought.

Mittal tries to bribe Mukti and Abhira

Mittal sends a gift to Mukti and Abhira to bribe them to give up the garage. Abhira confronts the man who brought the gift and breaks the mobile phone. He gets scared of her and tells her that he is following his boss’s orders, nothing else. She tells him to tell his boss about the matter, and informs him that no matter what tactic they follow, she will not agree to sign over the papers for her garage.

When Armaan finds out about this, he tells Mittal that what he did was wrong. He decides that he has to go for himself and confront the woman about the matter. He asks Krish about the shop’s ownership, and Krish says that it belongs to someone named Abhivandan. He comments about the woman, to which Krish points out that she may be related to the original owner.

Armaan gets a call from Maira’s school

When Armaan is about to check the file in the garage, he gets a call from Maira’s school, and Vidya tells him that something serious might have happened and that he needs to leave immediately. When they get to the school, they find out that Maira has been removed from the school. They try to plead with the principal, but he refuses, saying that Maira’s pranks have gotten too much.

Meanwhile, Mukti tells Abhira that the test results are back and that she has scored the scholarship. The two celebrate by dancing together.

The episode ends with Armaan confronting his daughter about the matter. Vidya stops him and tells him to talk to her at another time. Though Armaan still comments and asks her about her pranks. Maira admits that she has been feeling restless and has also been feeling jealous and insecure about a lot of matters. Armaan wonders about how her childhood trauma is still affecting her, and then vows to himself that he will never forgive the one person who caused Maira this much pain.

The promo for the next episode plays and shows Armaan getting his car fixed at Abhira’s garage. Mukti sees him and comments about his driver being rude, using a phrase that Abhira often used. He has flashbacks of her; however, he goes back to his call. As he leaves, he drops a bracelet behind, which Mukti picks up. Just then, Abhira comes and talks to her; however, she gets shocked when she sees the bracelet that she and Armaan gifted to Maira together.
