Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira’s hidden truths and Meher’s moves shake the family

This episode begins with an emotional scene where Abhira hugs Maira very tightly, as she has feelings she has nursed long enough. When Maira asks about the reason for celebrating her birthday after all these years, Abhira tells her that she has been waiting for this chance.


Her wish is that this day should be special and private, with just the two of them present. While seeing this, Armaan is shown reminiscing about his past and feels ashamed that Abhira was unable to celebrate Maira’s birthday earlier due to the circumstances surrounding him.


Meanwhile, Krish begins to suspect Abhira’s motives. He chooses to spy on her in her room, discovering even more questions than answers. This happens when Abhira receives a call. She quickly asks Maira and Armaan to leave the room. The phone call brings a jaw-dropping fact to the story: Abhira is talking about the death certificate of Anita. Abhira has made up her mind to tell Armaan the truth about everything once the celebration for Maira’s birthday ends.


Elsewhere, there’s a build-up of tension between Surekha, Manisha, and Kiara. The disagreement between Surekha and Manisha escalates, but Manoj steps in, reprimanding Manisha for interfering so much in Kiara’s matters. The situation takes a dramatic turn as Kiara comes with a photograph of Charu. Kiara reveals to Surekha that she does not wish to compete with or replace her elder sister, and asks her not to compare them.


The next morning arrives with a new twist. Meher calls Armaan, asking him to meet her and bring his wife along. Armaan, in turn, tells Abhira, and she refuses instantly, asking him to stay away from Meher. This makes Krish even more certain that Abhira is concealing something big.


Abhira later brings the family together to finalize the plans for Maira’s birthday celebration. Meanwhile, Armaan is pulled aside by Meher, who now tries to take over the situation.
