Yash Pal Singh speaks after elimination from Engaged S2”; says 'I didn’t come for timepass I came for a life partner’
After getting eliminated from Engaged S2 Yash Pal Singh still feels good about himself. He says his goal for joining the show was always to find a life partner, not to be on TV.
For Yash being on the show was about finding someone to spend his life with. He did not want to be famous for a little while.
“This show was never for me to waste my time " Yash says. " Now I still want a life partner. I did not treat this like a game. For me marriage is a deal and I was ready for it from the start.”
Yash talks about how he feels after getting eliminated. "It hurts when you do not find what you are looking for.. I do not regret anything. I was honest and respectful. Sometimes things do not work out. That does not make what I wanted wrong."
He also talks about what people think about reality TV. "Many people think these shows are for fun.. I wanted to be open on TV because I thought I could meet someone who thinks like me. I was not there to create drama. I was there to find someone real.”
Speaking more about what happened to him Yash says, "I would rather leave with honesty than stay with confusion. For Yash being clear about what he wants is everything. Yash came here with a heart and a serious mindset and that will never change for Yash. The right person will like that Yash is sincere whether Yash meets them on a show or, outside of it.
Yash concludes by saying, "Getting eliminated does not change what I believe about love. If anything it makes me more sure, about what I want in a partner. I still want to find someone who values commitment like I do. My journey to find a life partner does not end here. It just keeps going.”
