It was the time when health experts discovered that female mosquitoes spread malaria. Not going into the serious aspects of the day, we decided to jst get a funny take from our TV celebs. When Gaurav Bajaj became a mosquito

The Meri Gudiya actor Gaurav Bajaj shares, “During my childhood, I remember I attended a birthday party where I had become a mosquito. I had a pokey thing on my head too. Then I started poking kids at the party and every time I poked someone, the person used to fall down. It became a funny game for everyone.”

Aalisha Panwar thinks Mumbai mosquitoes are unbeatable

The Teri Meri Ikk Jindri actress Aalisha Panwar shares, “I prefer mosquito repellent instead of perfumes whenever I am shooting in the evening. I think I am a person who attracts mosquitoes a lot, so I am always ready with my weapon - a mosquito tackling racket. But what I have seen in Mumbai is that mosquitoes have the ability to dance over the mosquito repellents, they are that immune. Nothing can beat them!”

Bakhtiyaar Irani considers himself a mosquito attacking expert

Badi Door Se Aaye Hain actor Bakhtiyaar Irani says he knows how to handle the macchars. “Outside my house on the name plate there is a line written that mosquitoes are not allowed and I feel the mosquitoes of our Parsi Colony are really obedient! Other than this, I think I am a mosquito attacking expert. I just wet my hand with water and then I don’t even have to hit them. I just catch them, I am that good at it,” he says.

When Param Singh used to jog with mosquitoes

The Ishq Par Zor Nahi actor Param Singh has some jogging tales to share. “Around 2012-2014, I used to jog a lot. And I am one of those who doesn’t attract mosquitoes much. But while jogging at least once in ten days I used to swallow a mosquito for sure and then I would try spitting it out. It was annoying but I couldn't help it,” he says.

Rishina Kandhari says she is immune to mosquito bites now

Aye Mere Humsafar actress Rishina Kandhari says, “I am a very sweet person and even mosquitoes love my sweet blood as I live a very luxurious nomadic life and travel a lot (mainly jungle trails and camping ). So mosquitoes are a part and parcel of my life. I jokingly say the Tarzan was raised by the wolves and Rishina is raised by mosquitoes! Mujhe Indian hi nahi foreign macchar bhi bahut pyar karte hai. I have tried all kinds of mosquito repellents and was once even called mosquito fighter. Udte machhar ek haath se pakad leti hun main. Now I have become immune to mosquito bites even, if they bite me I wish them good health and shoo them away.”

Meet actor Pratham Kunwar shares, “I am the prankster of the group. I have slapped people saying that there is a mosquito on their face! This is something I have done with my co-stars and my friends. Even though this prank is common, but every time I get a chance, I don’t leave it. I am known for this!”

Pawan Kumar Singh used to tease kids in school about mosquitoes

The Aur Bhai Kya Chal Raha Hai actor Pawan Kumar Singh goes down memory lane. He recounts, “When I was in school, we kids used to tease each other in the name of mosquitoes. I remember if I spotted a kid with some mosquito bites, I would tell him I think you didn't have a bath today and we all ow know it thanks to the mosquitoes! Of course all this was just fun.”
