Confirming the news, Rajveer, who plays Neel in the show, shares, “I’m under home quarantine right now and following all the necessary safety protocols as advised by my doctor and the authorities. I will be self-isolating myself at my house for 14 days and will use this time to concentrate on myself, my health, and reflect on everything happening around. This pandemic is really serious and it’s important for all of us to be more careful. I would request all my fans to wear masks, maintain social distancing and step outside your homes only when it’s absolutely necessary. Take all the precautions and keep washing your hands, as our health and the course of the pandemic are all in our hands.”

Initially, Rajveer’s parents, who are in Haryana, got worried when they got to know about it. Says the actor, “Obviously, my parents are very scared right now. They were really worried when I broke the news to them. I have calmed them down on a video call and told them that I am going to take all the rest and medication that’s needed and be fine as soon as possible.” The actor is missing the sets and wants to resume work soon. “I will surely miss being on the sets of Qurbaan Hua. I am just counting the days and trying to get better as soon as possible. I can’t wait to get back to work, entertain one and all and also make them aware of the seriousness of the pandemic. However, I will take it slow and only get back when I am Covid negative and feel fit enough to step out,” he signs off.
