Why Sana Khan added father’s name to hers

' participant Sana Khaan look nothing like each other, but that doesn’t stop people from getting confused between the two. To do away with the confusion, the 'Vish' actress, decided to add her father’s name to her own. She is now known as Sana Makbul Khan. “When I was doing TV in 2014-15, I was Sana Khan. But then there were many Sana Khans in television. People would often confuse me with Bigg Boss’ Sana Khaan. Once, I received a call for some event and they asked me if I was the same Sana who was in Bigg Boss. This used to happen a lot,” she says, adding, “When I started working down south, there were many Sana Khans there too. So there was a lot of confusion. Calls meant for me would reach someone else and vice versa. So then, just to make it clear, I started using my father’s name. In 2014, I changed my name to Sana Makbul. A lot of people in Mumbai still know me as Sana Khan, down south I am called Sana Makbul, but now I go by Sana Makbul Khan.”
