Puja Banerjee, got engaged to her boyfriend
Kunal Verma
in August last year but she says their
wedding
is not on cards this year. Currently being seen as Mehak in '
Dev2
', Puja is busy working and says marriage can wait for some time. “Right now, I am occupied with work and both of us are concentrating on our careers. We got engaged a year ago and will not get married before 2019,” says Puja.
Recently, on a chat show hosted by
Rajeev Khandelwal, Puja had come along with actor
Mohit Malik. Meanwhile, Puja’s fiance, Kunal, was invited on the show to speak about Puja. The actor was reportedly miffed for being invited not for himself but for his fiancee and had expressed his annoyance on the show.
When we ask Puja about the incident, the actress tells us it’s no big deal. “It was a personal thing that Kunal was talking about in the show. It was not related to the people in his life, including me or any member of his family,” Puja tells us, adding, “Every person is different. We all have positive and negative qualities. The best part about him is that he’s honest enough to accept his faults and change himself, when needed. I have no complaints regarding this.”
