We wanted to avoid an international destination and spend our first wedding anniversary in Kashmir: Sugandha Mishra

Actor-anchor couple Sugandha Mishra and Dr Sanket Bhosale, who have been part of many comedy shows, completed one year of marriage on April 26 and the duo decided to celebrate their first anniversary in Kashmir. Due to the pandemic and work-related commitments, the couple thought of going on a holiday after a year of getting married.
Sugandha says, "Due to work and pandemic, it hadn't been feasible to go on our honeymoon right after we got married last year.Now that things have improved and everything has opened up, we thought of taking a holiday and spending quality time with each other for our first marriage anniversary. Since the entire world has opened up, we thought of international destinations like Maldives or Thailand but then we felt that India has even more beautiful and exotic places like Kashmir."
Sugandha adds, "We are currently in Kashmir and enjoying the nature. Due to the severe heat and scorching summer in Mumbai, we wanted to go to a colder place and Kashmir is ideal. Sanket and I are enjoying our time watching the snow and beautiful, lush greenery here. It is one of the most exotic destinations and we should also try to contribute to tourism in India than go abroad all the time."
Sanket says, "We have been together for a long time, but celebrating our wedding anniversary is a different thing. Amidst the snow, it was a beautiful feeling to celebrate our anniversary. I am glad we chose Kashmir for spending quality time together."
Sugandha and Sanket have shared screen space in several projects. Sugandha, who has worked with Sanket in The Kapil Sharma Show and Comedy Classes, has spoken about how working on these shows actually helped them grow closer to each other.
