And Ahmedabad saw a glimpse of it recently when the cast and crew were in the city for the launch of the show. The actor decided to gain some ‘real’ experience; he took off to a major junction called
Panchvati
, and within no time, brought the traffic to a standstill with his antics.
He says, “Controlling traffic, that too while dancing, requires skill and patience. At first, people didn’t realise that it was me; but when they did, they went crazy. People thought that we were actually shooting. The experience made me realise that traffic management is a tough job, which we tend to take for granted. I truly appreciate our traffic cops, who work silently all day in the harshest of conditions. I dedicate this character to all our traffic cops and salute them for their efforts.”
'Khatmal-E-Ishque' premieres on December 13, and will air Monday to Friday at 10 pm on Sony SAB.
