Fans closed in on Chef Vikas and tried hard to get an autograph. Vikas, who was busy talking and interacting with the crowd was quite enthused by Lucknow’s cuisine. He said, “World Heritage Society in the US should preserve Lucknow’s cuisine. Lucknow is a heritage for me. Yes, yeh ek khane ki heritage hai.”
