Small screen heartthrob Upen Patel proves it yet again that he is a fitness freak. The actor and model, who was last seen in MTV Love School with his ex girlfreind Karishma Tanna, is on a spree to keep himself fit and fine.
Upen shared a video on Instagram where he can be seen doing a heavy workout. He captioned it," Never give up."

The actor made his Bollywood debut with the film 36 China Town.He also shared screen space with none other than Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in Namaste London.
