Udaipur turns into a honeymoon destination for Agnifera ‘couples’

Actors Ankit Gera, Yukti Kapoor, Simaran Kaur and Mohak Khurana recently shot in and around Udaipur for their TV show, Agnifera. A honeymoon sequence for the two couples in the show – played by Ankit and Yukti,Simaran and Mohak – was shot in the City of Lakes. Ankit,who plays the character of Anurag Singh in the show, told us, “We came to Udaipur on February 13th and shot day and night for our honeymoon sequence on the show.Initially, the production team had decided to shoot the sequence abroad. But they changed the plan and decided to come to Udaipur. I think our country boasts of some breathtaking locations, and Udaipur is one of them."

Ankit added, “I have a special connection with Rajasthan. Few of my close friends are from Jaipur and whenever I get an opportunity, I fly down to the city to party with them. This is the first time I shot in Rajasthan, Udaipur in particular and I had so much fun. Since it was a honeymoon sequence, we shot at every nook and corner of Udaipur and I got to explore the city as well.”

The actors shot a few scenes at Fateh Sagar Lake, Jagdish Temple and the local markets of Udaipur.
