that is bound to catch viewers off-guard, Malhar will be seen pulling the trigger on the love of his life Kalyani on August 12. Audiences might have seen this in the promos. After this, the show will go for a five-year leap.

After the leap, the audiences will see a deeply dejected Malhar wasting himself. It will also see the return of Kalyani, who has turned into an IAS officer now. Purva Gokhale, who plays Anupriya in the show, loses all hope because she assumes Kalyani is dead. It remains to be seen how Kalyani returns from the dead and instills confidence in Anupriya and Malhar.

While leaps are most common in TV shows, they add freshness and a new twist to the existing shows. Hopefully, the new twist in 'Raabta' will bring in the required excitement for viewers, specially after the lockdown months.
