Gagan Kang and Arjit Lavania of
Mahakali
fame were killed when their car lost control and rammed into a stationery trailer on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad national highway at Manor in Palghar district on Saturday (August 19).
Manor police said that Gagan Kang, who plays the role of Lord Indra in ‘Mahakali-Anth Hi Aarambh Hai’ was driving the Fiat Linea. His co-star Arjit Lavania, who plays ‘Nandi’ in the serial was seated beside him. They were returning to their Goregaon home from their studio in Umbergaon in Gujarat.
At around 11.15 am, when the car was on the Chillar Phata, near Hotel Mountain on the highway at Manor, Kang lost control of his vehicle. He went and crashed into the rear end of a stationery trailer parked alongside the road.
