TV actresses celebrated their birthdays in unique style

TV actresses Mugdha Chapekar (Satrangi Sasuraal) and Heena Parmar (Jodha Akbar) celebrated their birthdays in a unique fashion recently.

Mugdha celebrated the day with her onscreen mothers-in-law. The seven MILs, who seem to be her nemesis on reel, are extremely fond of her in real life. Mugdha says, “They surprised me with a cute hamper of goodies. My onscreen hero Ravish Desai brought a chocolate cake for me. I feel blessed to have a family like ours — my onscreen mothers, Ravish and the entire team.”

On the other hand, Heena spent the day at an NGO, celebrating her birthday with the less-fortunate children.She says, “Every year, I party with my family and friends on my birthday. But this year, I decided do something for others. I found out about this NGO which shelters HIV positive girls and spent the day with them. I sponsored their dinner. We danced and played games. They are full of life. I have decided that I would spend one day every month with them.”
