The police custody of Sheezan Khan, who has been in police custody since December 24 following a complaint filed by Tunisha Sharma's mother for alleged abetment, was extended by two days.

Tunisha Sharma died by suicide on the sets of her show 'Alibaba Dastaan E Kabul'. Today in the hearing, the Vasai court decided to extend his remand by two days.
The actor will now be in custody till Friday, December 30. Sheezan's custody was expected to end today, but as the police are yet to complete the investigation and interrogation, hence they asked the court to extend the police remand.
Earlier, in the day Tunisha Sharma's uncle Pawan Sharma spoke to the media about the case and accused Sheezan of cheating on the actress. He said, "If he was innocent then he didn't need to delete the chat. I don't know what CCTV footage the police got or not. We are waiting for the investigation to be complete, only then we will come to know. Today the police submitted the remand report and they mentioned the same thing that Tunisha had shared with her mother that Sheezan had affairs with other women Sheezan had deleted all the chats either before or after Tunisha's suicide. "
He further spoke about Tunisha's phone and why the court has extended Sheezan's custody by 2 days. He shared, "Tunisha's phone is not unlocked that is why Police have asked for more days. When the phone will get unlocked and more things shall get unveiled. He deleted those chats to hide something that shall come out."
Talking about the case, an advocate Amit Mishra revealed, "There shall be a report released after the next remand hearing where what chats were deleted and what conversation happened between the two before the actress died by suicide shall be in focus. Police custody has been demanded by Police for two more days for further investigation in the case."
Tunisha Sharma, who played the role of Shehzadi Mariam in Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul died by suicide on the sets of her TV show on December 24. Her ex-boyfriend and co-actor Sheezan Khan is accused in the case. He stands accused of abetment of suicide on the basis of a police complaint filed by Tunisha's mother.
