Kanak
is seen standing beside the mandap happily as Payal is finally getting remarried. She goes to a corner with
Uma Shankar and thanks him for saving Payal's life.
Then Pandit ji announces that the groom has arrived and Kanak is shocked to see Shiv standing there. She asks what is happening, when Masi sa tells her that Shiv is Payal's groom and that the two are getting married to each other. Uma Shankar explains to Shiv that from that day onwards Payal is his foster mother and that now she would only take care of him in all matters, Shiv agrees with him.
Kanak sees this and runs into her room in anger, masi sa thinks that Kanak is just too happy. A furious Kanak breaks the mirror in her room and Uma comes running behind her. He says that he would get the mirror fixed as it is a very important thing for their room. Kanak says that they are making Payal's life worse by getting her married to Shiv. Uma reveals that it was Payal's idea only to get married to Shiv and that they are just following what she desires for. Kanak is shocked to hear that.

Uma and Kanak go to see the woman, when Uma again tells her about not treating women. The woman tells him that he will tell his wife about her problem and then he can give her some medicines post that. Uma says fine and leaves from there as he has to get Rakhi's tied from his sisters. Kanak is surprised to see
Vansh
disguised as a woman, who had come to get Rakhi tied from her. She is happy to see him and hugs him. She tells Vansh that she will soon get the papers of the sweet shop and she would then return home.
Payal's mother overhears their conversation and thinks of exposing Kanak in front of the entire family.
