To have your own house in Mumbai is a big deal, says Archana Gautam who has fulfilled her long-cherished dream

From a small town girl in Meerut to an actor in Mumbai, Archana Gautam has come a long way. But her journey has had its share of ups and downs. However, as the year comes to a draw, Archana is happy to have fulfilling her dream of owning a home in Mumbai. She recently bought a 3-BHK flat in the city and will soon be shifting into her house with her family. Confirming the news, Archana shares, “It was a long-cherished dream to have a house of my own. With God’s grace, I have made it possible. My family in Meerut still lives in a rented house. My parents are excited and proud of me for making this dream a reality and that too in a city like Mumbai. It’s not only my first home but our first family home. And I just cannot wait to shift into our new house as soon as possible.”

Gautam has done modelling and also made cameo appearances in films like Great Grand Masti, Haseena Parker and Baaraat Company. She came into limelight when she participated in reality show Bigg Boss season 16 and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi season 13. Gautam further adds that when she came to Mumbai she could not even think of this. “To have your own house in Mumbai is a big deal especially when you come from a humble background. Thanks to my mother who supported my choices and encouraged me to chase my dreams, I am here today," says Archana, who became a household name after her stint on Bigg Boss.
