As per the current track, it is seen that Veer has kidnapped Shivani as his bride. While Shivani is working, she accidently burns her hand. Rangeela happens to see this happening and applies medicine on her hand. Rangeela takes he back to the room.

The family will be told that she has passed away and Veer will instruct Rangeela to arrange a funeral for Shivani.
It is pretty obvious that Shivani will wake up from her induced coma and that is when the whole drama will begin.
