It is no secret that comedian-actor Krushna Abhishek has had a rocky relationship with his uncle, Bollywood actor Govinda. This week, they made news for allegedly ending their long-running dispute. The Bollywood actor will participate on The Great Indian Kapil Show 2 on the upcoming episode. During a recent conversation, Krushna Abhishek told out about his present relationship with Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja.
Krushna Abhishek then opened up about how he felt to finally put his differences with Govinda in the past. He shared, “Maine stage par bhi bola ki mera saat saal ka vanwas khatam ho gaya. (I told this on stage only that 7 years of exile has come to an end) We are together now, and we danced and had so much fun.”
When asked if things had mended with his aunt, Sunita Ahuja, he revealed that he had visited Govinda's residence several times. Although the latter was not present, he did meet with their daughter Tina. The reunion was quite normal, and it did not feel like they had met after a long period. Things are okay amongst the siblings.
The comedian from the Great Indian Kapil Show 2 is convinced that his aunt is now comfortable with them. He went on to clarify that Sunita handles Govinda's professional duties. So, if she wasn't okay with the Bollywood actor performing on the comedy show, he wouldn't have arrived.
Krushna Abhishek also added, "And then when mama came, we danced and had fun, so I am sure now that mami is 50 percent fine now. I even apologised to her during the show as mama told me ki mujhe nahi mami ko sorry bolo."
Kashmera Shah's post about "individuals dancing for money" exacerbated Govinda and Krushna's dispute. Sunita Ahuja took offence to this, believing the message was directed at Govinda. The pair even postponed their presentation on Kapil Sharma's Show to avoid encountering Krushna.
Things began to improve when the Hero no. 1 actor attended Arti Singh's wedding in April of this year and blessed her.
