The biggest milestone for me was doing my first lead show: Srikant Dwivedi

Actor Srikant Dwivedi, who is currently seen in the role of Lord Vishnu in the mythological show Shiv Shakti-Tap Tyag Tandav, says the year 2024 has been one of the best years of his life so far.
He said, “Whenever a new year begins, I always feel it will bring even better opportunities and experiences. I welcome every New Year with positivity and the right mindset. This year has been a great learning experience for me. Every year adds to your maturity, makes you wiser, and helps in your overall personality development.”

“One of the biggest milestones for me this year was doing my first lead show, and for that, I can’t be more grateful. One important lesson I’ve learned is that no matter how high you rise or what you achieve in life, you should always stay grounded. ‘Bhale hi aap kitni hi unchaiyon par kyun na pahunch jao, zameen se jude rehna zaroori hai’. This is something I will carry with me forever,” he added.
He is very satisfied with everything that happened this year and shared that “it has shaped him for the better and given him what he truly wanted”. He added, “If I sum it up, this has been one of the best years for me in Bombay.”

Srikant also elaborated that visions and goals are very important, but they need to be practical. He said, “It’s essential to assess where we were last year and where we stand now, ensuring that progress can be tracked. When I talk about a reality check, I don’t mean that goals should always be entirely realistic. Sometimes, it’s okay for them to be a little ambitious or even unrealistic. Why? Because aiming high helps us discover our maximum potential.”

“As the saying goes, if you aim for the stars, you’ll at least reach the moon. So, while it’s not necessary for goals to always stay within the bounds of reality, sometimes they should push us beyond, helping us realize what we are truly capable of,” he added.
He also shared a piece of advice from 2024 that he would give himself and said, “Manage finances better, as that’s something I really want to focus on.”
Talking about his goals for 2025? “My career goals for 2025 will remain the same: to keep working on myself and becoming a better version every day. Along with that, I want to strike a balance between work and travel. I want to explore new places and have different travel experiences, something I haven’t been doing as often as I’d like. This year, I plan to add some travel destinations to my list and visit them to discover and enjoy new places,” Srikant ended.
