The 50: Rajat Dalal reacts to Nikki Tamboli’s ‘Aapki Bandi’ comment about Chahat Pandey after her eviction; says ‘Mujhe Meri Nasal…'

The 50 contestants Chahat Pandey and Rajat Dalal's closeness in the reality show has been widely discussed not just by the players inside the house, but also by fans on social media. During their first show, Bigg Boss, the duo maintained a distance, but in The 50, their closeness was quite evident. Many celebrities from The 50, including Rajat's friends teased linking up together. However, after Chahat Pandey's recent elimination from the show, Rajat Dalal was seen denying having kind of special bond with Chahat.

After Chahat Pandey was eliminated, Nikki Tamboli playfully took a dig at Rajat Dalal, joking, “Aapki bandi toh chali gayi,” as she hinted at the growing chemistry between them on the show. Responding to Nikki, Rajat shared that he could never date or marry Chahat. He added, "Didi (Sapna) se poochho… Didi, kya main non-Jatt se shaadi kar sakta hoon? Dekho, mere ghar wale… Main ek simple si baat bolta hoon, main sabki izzat karta hoon, na koi bada hai na koi chhota. Par mujhe meri nasal ki hi chahiye…"




(Ask Didi (Sapna)… Didi, can I marry a non-Jatt? Look at my family… I’ll say one simple thing, I respect everyone; no one is big or small. But I want someone from my own community.)

During the show, Rajat has time and again showed his care and concern for Chahat. In one of the episodes, when Prince Narula hugged her, Rajat got possessive and after she returned, he was seen questioning her. He asked Chahat, "Why did you hug him?" On her part, Chahat clarified that she considers Prince as a brother, Rajat still looked upset. Fellow contestants pulled Chahat and Rajat's leg on the matter.

In another incident, when Chahat was performing a task in which she had to balance few books and Rajat had to place them on her head, their friends once again teased the duo by singing, "Waah waah Ram ji Jodi kya banayi, Bhaiya aur Bhabhi ko, badhayi ho badhayi." Rajat and Chahat both were seen blushing.

The recent episode witnessed five eliminations from the show which shook the house. Karan Patel, Chahat Pandey, Aarya, Bhavya and maxterm were voted out from the show.
