Remember Tejaswini Lonari? She is the actress who played the lead role in the magnum opus Rani Padmini.
The show didn’t do well and went off air within a few months, much to Tejaswini’s disappointment. But the girl didn’t let that deter her and she decided to make the switch to movies instead. This Rani Mukerji look-alike is set for the big screen now. She is doing a Marathi film and will be starting work next month.Her mother is the producer of the movie and Tejaswini is very excited about her role. It’s the right time, we think. After all there is a sudden surge in the Marathi movie scenario and what better time than now to start a film.
