Tejasswi Prakash reveals Karan Kundrra texted her way before they met on Bigg Boss 15; says, ‘Kept my ego aside and…’

Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash have been in the limelight since they got engaged on the OTT show Desi Bling. The couple recently appeared in a Curly Tales YouTube video, where they gave fans a sneak peek into their home. They also revealed some interesting details about their relationship.

The actress shared how Karan had reached out to her way before they met inside the Bigg Boss house. She also revealed that after the show, Karan disappeared and she had to ask someone for his number.



Tejasswi added, “Karan had texted me way before we met in Bigg Boss. Even though it was just a ‘Hi’, I still count it as him reaching out to me first. However, after the show, he disappeared and I had to keep my ego aside to get his number.”

In the same video, they also recalled being mistreated at a luxury store in Dubai.

Karan said, “We went to a luxury store in Dubai in very normal attire. We weren’t looking our best, and we went in wearing normal sandals and outfits. When they looked at us, they told us there was a half-hour wait. Later, we went to another store and made some purchases. When they saw those luxury bags, they treated us completely differently. I then asked them to show me the most expensive watch, and I bought it.”

Tejasswi agreed and said, “I’ve made several such big ego purchases in Dubai. According to me, the only negative aspect of Dubai is that people judge you only on the basis of the brands you’re wearing.”

The couple got engaged on the show Desi Bling. Karan went down on one knee and said, “Jab hum mile the, toh bohot kuch hua tha… Jab hum bahar aaye, sab ne kaha tha ki yeh toh 2 hafte nahi tikenge. Kisi ne kaha tha main fake hu; kisi ne kaha tu fake hai. It’s been four years; we’ve seen everything, and we’ve been through everything.”

Karan further added, “‘Imperfectly perfect love story’, yeh tune hi term diya tha. Every year that I’ve spent with you has changed the meaning of love for me. I never thought I would ever fall in love or commit. I want to thank you for bringing out the man in me, the man who has the guts to say, ‘This is it. It’s now and forever.’”

On the work front, they are currently winning hearts with their show Laughter Chefs 3. They first met in the Bigg Boss 15 house, where they fell in love.
