Tejasswi Prakash recalls how her father 'came back to life' after suffering a heart attack
Tejasswi Prakash recently got engaged to longtime boyfriend Karan Kundrra on the OTT show Desi Bling. There the couple opened up about why they haven't married yet, their move to Dubai and much more. In one of the episodes, the cast members decided to celebrate Father's Day with everyone opening up about how much their dad means to them.
Tejasswi got teary-eyed and recalled the time her father had a heart attack and was immediately rushed to the hospital. The actress then confirmed that he came back to life and things got better. She said, "There was a time when my father had a heart attack and he was rushed to the hospital. He later came back to life and his first reaction was that he needed to be strong because he didn't want his kids to see him like this. I think that's how fathers are, they always try to be strong for their family."
The couple got engaged on the show Desi Bling. Karan went down on one knee and said, “Jab hum mile the, toh bohot kuch hua tha… Jab hum bahar aaye, sab ne kaha tha ki yeh toh 2 hafte nahi tikenge. Kisi ne kaha tha main fake hu; kisi ne kaha tu fake hai. It’s been four years; we’ve seen everything, and we’ve been through everything.”
Karan further added, “‘Imperfectly perfect love story’, yeh tune hi term diya tha. Every year that I spent with you has changed the meaning of love for me. I never thought I would ever fall in love or commit. I want to thank you for bringing out the man in me, the man who has the guts to say, ‘This is it. It’s now and forever.’”
On the work front, they are currently winning hearts with their show Laughter Chefs 3. They first met in the Bigg Boss 15 house, where they fell in love.
