he was the one who taught me the small nuances of fitness. He used to wake me up at 5:30 every morning in my student days. He made sure that my younger brother Manish and I workout regularly. There were days when my father also use to run with us in the morning time and he used to make us do various exercises. He was the one who inculcated the fitness culture in me” shares Tarun.

He further adds, “And carrying on with the tradition my son Adamya and I both work-out together. He is only six years old and I have already taught him how to do push-ups, yoga, because mental fitness is also very important. We plan to at least do three sessions every week where we do yoga and swimming. Now, the swimming pool is closed otherwise I have taught him swimming also. So running, cycling, doing push-ups is something which he does. Also, I have got him into the habit of climbing the stairs with both hands and legs and that’s also a very good exercise”
