Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah update, August 24: Gokuldham society’s Covid-19 vaccination camp kicks-off

In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Gokuldham Society’s COVID-19 vaccination drive begins. Bhide is overlooking all the ground preparations and has taken up the responsibility of executing the vaccination drive. The drive is organised in the Society’s Club House.
To ensure that everyone gets themselves vaccinated, Bhide has sent out a Society circular notifying each member about the details of the drive.He has gone to great lengths to explain all the necessary details required including the documents required to be furnished, on the day of the vaccination drive.
Time slots have been allotted to each family or individual in advance to ensure that there is no crowding on the day. Bhide has instructed everyone to follow all the COVID-19 protocols strictly including wearing masks and maintain social distancing at the vaccination venue. He has also assigned a few volunteers from the Society to keep an eye on anyone knowingly or unknowingly breaking the protocols. Post inoculation, arrangements have been made for the vaccinated to rest for a bit. Bhide has also arranged for an ambulance and a doctor to be present at the venue in case of any emergency.
Bhide has taken all measures to ensure that the vaccination drive is a success. He has informed and educated everyone about the benefits of getting vaccinated and the need for it. However, there are a few Gokuldham wasis, who are a little apprehensive and a few others who are scared of the injection. It is not so much the worry about getting vaccination but the fear of getting pricked with a needle that is making Jethaalal nervous.
