Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah sustains its position in top 5 with the buzz of new Mrs Roshan Singh Sodhi entering the show; Top TV shows of the week

The top five shows in the most recent TRP ratings have shifted. Anupamaa has been out of the top spot for several weeks. While Ghum Hai Kiskey Pyaar Meiin maintains its lead. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah stays in the top 5 this week. Not only viewers but even the makers and the cast of the show eagerly wait for the list to come out so that they can understand which track of the show is working for them and at which position their show stands.

The first slot is retained by Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, with a major twist in which Reeva returns to Ishaan's life after he has finally moved on and found love with Savi. Imlie has taken the second spot, pushing Anupamaa to the third. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah makes an unexpected appearance in the top 5 at number four with the anticipation of meeting the new Mrs Roshan Singh Sodhi in the show which Monaz Mevawalla will play. Shiv Shakti Tap Tyaag Tandav maintains its 5th spot on the list.

The sixth position has Teri Meri Doriyaan back in top 10 shows while the seventh slot is grabbed by Parineetii for its high-voltage marriage drama between Rajeev choosing Parineet over Neeti. The eighth slot is grabbed by Pandya Store which had dropped its slot last week due to low viewership. The 9th and 10th slots save Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si.

Bigg Boss sees a drop as it goes down to the 11th position on the list. The newly launched show Jhanak makes an entry in the 12th position on the list with its first week's viewership. Kundali Bhagya, Bhagya Lakshmi and Udaariyaan stay in the race of top 20 in the 13th, 14th and 15th positions on the list.


The last 5 slots on the top 20 list are grabbed by Neerja, Dori, Kumkum Bhagya, the newly launched show Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye and Suhagan.
