Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah: Gokuldham residents relive their childhood in Disneyland

Tapu Sena and their on-screen families — from television show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah — had loads of fun at Hong Kong Disneyland, after they won an all-expenses paid trip to the amusement park.

The cast enjoyed adventurous rides and spent memorable moments with popular animation characters. It seems the adults had as much fun as the kids. Amit Bhatt, who plays Champaklal Gada, said, “The trip was like a vacation, which gave us a chance to relive our childhood.While the rides gave me an adrenaline rush, it was interaction with the animation characters that made me realise what I’d been missing. My children have grown up watching Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck and it was enjoyable meeting them.” Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah airs Monday to Friday 8.30 pm on SAB TV.
