Taarak Mehta fame Malav Rajda shares promo of his new comedy show Professor Pandey Ke Paanch Parivaar

Malav Rajda, who was the director of popular sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah until last year, has released the promo of his new upcoming comedy show, Professor Pandey Ke Paanch Parivaar.The promo shows Nandu (Sandeep Anand) about to go to work on his scooter when other family members ask him to drop them on the way as well. When he asks how he'd accomodate all of them, they all leave him behind.Malav captioned his post as, "Have tried to entertain the audience at 8.30 pm since last 14 years....the effort to entertain continues...coming up with a new show on Dangal 2...it's gonna be hell of a hilarious ride...see you 6th Feb onwards Monday to Saturday 8 30pm...😇😇😇"Besides Sandeep Anand, the cast of the show includes Jay Pathak, Sonu Chandrapal, Jayshree Soni, Sonia Kaur, Madhushree Sharma and Prabh Kaur among others playing different parts.Malav surprised everyone by quitting Taarak Mehta as a director last year. While talking to ETimes TV, he revealed that it was a difficult decision but a well-thought out one. He said, "I had become a little stagnant and saturated which is not good for my growth. I was not able to give my best."Later he spoke exclusively to BT about the new comedy show and said, "It is always important to reinvent yourself. I had been associated with Taarak... for 14 long years and felt that I was creatively stagnating. I had to start afresh and do other things."He added, "Professor Pandey Ke Paanch Parivar is a slice-of-life comedy. I am excited to embark on this new journey with a new team. I am going to give it my best."
