Sweta wanted to come on sets...drunk
Sweta Keswani wanted to report drunk on the sets for a scene.
Director Dipesh Shah, however, did not see the amusing side of the story and put a very sober foot down firmly. Sweta had to shoot a few drunken scenes, and it seemed an appropriate excuse to try out some 'method acting'.

In Sweta's illustrious and sober career, this is the first scene that demanded uninhibited drunken histrionics. She wanted to get it right. A disappointed Sweta tells us, "We were shooting at 3am, so it was difficult to get the nuances of my character right or think too much about how Gudiya should behave. That is why I insisted on consuming a little alcohol."

But rules are rules and Sweta had to stick by them. So if you don't see Sweta jhoom a la Sharabi, then it's not her fault, she shrugs.
