Ssara Khan
played her first lead role as Sadhna in the
television
show ‘Sapna Babul Ka... Bidaai’ in 2007. And now that it’s being retelecast among several other shows during the lockdown, the actress says that it’s because the show is “evergreen and iconic”.
While talking about its re-run, Ssara says, “I’m glad to star in such a beautiful drama, which people still enjoy. The re-run is leading to so much love and appreciation from people on social media. At times, some beautiful message by them makes me emotional and touches my heart.”
“The show is evergreen and iconic for me. It has not only helped me in showbiz, but I believe that it has helped many actors like me to become television stars. After ‘Sapna Babul Ka... Bidaai’, I got many more opportunities as an actor. I will always remain thankful to this show,” she adds.
