Splitsvilla 14: From verbal spat with Sakshi Dwivedi to finding a connection with Roadies winner Kashish Thakur; a look at Urfi Javed’s game in the reality show

Her name needs no introduction. The social media sensation, who is known for her quirky outfits and bold statements – Urfi (Uorfi) Javed is seen spreading some mischief around with her unapologetically bold behaviour. From verbal spats with female contestants, refusing to do tasks to getting to know the boys and developing a bond, the actress is raising the temperature in Splitsvilla 14 with her dash of glam. Connecting with Roadies Extreme winner Kashish Thakur

Before entering the show, Urfi had shared that she is looking for someone, who is cute and chocolaty in the show and it looks like Kashish Thakur seems to have caught her attention. Both were seen sharing romantic moments and Urfi is doing everything to woo the 'Roadies Xtreme' winner. She expressed her feelings for him by saying: "Maine toh haan kardi hai ab tumhari bari (I already said yes, now it's your turn), I will come and convince your mother too. I know I am extremely outgoing and controversial, but no one knows who the real Urfi is."

Kashish and Urfi’s date

When Urfi and Kashish get a date together, the former asks him if he had any pre conceived notions about her. To this Kashish replied saying, “I always had the image of an independent woman about you. I always see a person with a positive perspective. You can take a stand for yourself and I saw your interview.” Urfi teased him saying, “Oh so you stalk me on Instagram.” Kashish and Urfi shared a hearty laugh together over their social media banter.

Urfi is mighty impressed with Kashish

Urfi asks Kashish if he would stay with her in the show and not betray her if they form a connection. To this, Kashish replied: “I would definitely be with you if we form a connection. My first priority will be you. Though I have come to win the show, if I find somebody, with whom I can take the bond beyond the show, I will do that.” Urfi looked very impressed hearing such words from Kashish.

When Urfi flipped the game

Urfi and Sakshi Dwivedi have been at loggerheads ever since the show’s inception. During a task, Urfi, who has the Queen had to decide, who gets to perform in the water polo. Despite knowing Sakshi’s weakness, she forces her to go and play. Sakshi even told Urfi, “Why are you doing this to your team? There is a strong player in our team, who is tall and knows swimming, why are you switching her with me?” Urfi blatantly refused to listen to her teammates and said, “I am the Queen and I get to decide.”

Locking horns with Sakshi Dwivedi

Urfi locked horns with contestant Sakshi Dwivedi as soon as she entered the show. Urfi said, “I get b*tch vibes from Sakshi,” and she chose Soundous Moufakir as the second Queen Bee. However, Urfi selects Sakshi in her team by commenting, “Keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer.” The two get into an ugly spat and Sakshi commented on Urfi’s dressing style. Urfi retorted, “I know you…you are Sakshi Dwivedi right. 1 million followers, 7000 likes, ja jakar apana muh dekh (Go and look at your face).”

Connecting over chai with Amir Hossein

Urfi and Amir Hossein got a chance to spend some time together. The two shared some hearty laugh, where Amir spoke about his Irani Chai café in Pune. Urfi tells him that she loves Irani chai. Urfi asks Amir his age, to which he replies 24. Amir tells Urfi that she’ll be 21-22 and the latter replies, “I like you already but I am a bit older than you.”

Reason for Urfi doing the show

When Urfi joined the show, explaining her involvement in the show, Urfi had said, “I've been following Splitsvilla for ages, and being a part of this iconic dating reality show is just insane. The show is all about finding an ideal match, and this season brings back that old-world charm of winning your love. I'm a die-hard romantic so there was no doubt I wanted to be a part of this."
