Union minister Smriti Irani's daughter got married to her NRI fiancé Arjun Bhalla on Thursday (February 9) at Khimsar Fort and Palace in Rajasthan.
For her big day, Shanelle wore a red lehenga while her husband sported a traditional beige sherwani with a red turban. The couple struck a pose on a grand wedding stage set for them.
One of Smriti's photos from the wedding ceremony has been posted by BJP leader Tane Singh Sodha. He captioned it as, "Attended the marriage ceremony of respected Mrs. Smriti Irani ji's daughter and conveyed greetings."
In the photo, Smriti Irani is seen wearing a traditional red saree with a red neckpiece along with gold earrings and bangles. Take a look.
The wedding festivities began on Wednesday (February 8). It was reported that Smriti arrived in Rajasthan on Wednesday morning and went by road to Nagaur.
Shanelle is Smriti Irani's husband Zubin Irani's daughter from his first marriage with Mona. Smriti and Zubin have two kids together, son Zohr and daughter Zoish. All the three children are close to each other.
It was in December 2021 that Smriti had announced the engagement of her daughter Shanelle with a sweet post on Instagram welcoming Arjun to their family.
