Singing sensation Shalmali Kholgade jams with the Li’l Champs

This weekend Sunday, 22nd February, its time to party as the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs will be in the house starting at 9pm. Joining these rockstars, will be the singing sensation, the young and talented ‘pareshan pareshan’ girl, Shalmali Kholgade.
Doling out some of the latest chartbusters that feature in everyone's party playlist, will be the Li’l Champs who will team up with Shalmali and host Aditya Narayan to sing duets this time.While Shalmali will pair up with the Cool Boys, host Aditya Narayan will sing along with the Cool Girls.

As Aditya will be relieved of his job of anchoring in this episode, filling in for him will be the Li’l Champs who will turn hosts and take turns to invite their friends and co-contestants on stage for their performances. Shalmali Kholgade along with the Cool Boys - Keshav, Gagan and Ridham will belt out chartbusters like 'Malang,' 'Tune maari entriyaan' and her very own popular dance number 'Latt lag gayi.' While her performance with Ridham Kalyan on the party anthem 'Latt lag gayi' had everybody grooving and swaying on their seats, her spirited performance with the powerhouse performer Gagan had the contestants and Captains coming up on stage to shake a leg. Gagan’s energy and vigor even tired the seasoned singer Shalmali who said, ‘I am surprised at the confidence and passion with which these kids are performing. There is so much for me to take away as a learning from them and I am sure they will go on to become established and popular singers in the future’. The girls were no less and set the stage on fire with dance numbers like 'Ghagra,' 'Radha on the dance floor' and 'Yaar na mile' which they sang along with the dashing host Aditya Narayan.

Performances which stood out were Ridham Kalyan’s rendition of Latt Lag Gayi. His performance that combined good singing, dancing, and the right attitude earned him the tag of 'a complete package' from the Mahaguru Alka Yagnik. Another performer who was praised for her consistent performances was Arunita Kanjilal.
