Sara Arfeen Khan
, who gave birth to twins
Zidane
and
Ayzah
feels precaution and not panic is what is needed in this ongoing hour of the unfortunate pandemic of
Coronavirus that has spread across the world.
Sara, who recently became a mother to two lovely twin babies, is also taking strict precautions at home for the welfare and safety of the children, but again advocates not taking stress or panicking at all about the situation.
Speaking about how she is ensuring the children are in good health through this phase, Sara shares, "Since our home has two children now, I have set a couple of rules for everyone to follow. My maids and cooks must sanitize their hands every time they go or come into the house. My children too are not being taken for swimming or any other outdoor places except the building premises and the park. Everyone in my house is also taking essential multivitamins and vitamin c including the babies, as it is good to build their immune systems. Overall I feel that focussing on taking these precautions more than stressing or panicking about the situation is what will truly help us all at the moment."
The actress recently hosted a grand welcome party for her twins to meet her close friends and family at her home in Mumbai. Sara and husband Arfeen's get-together not only saw all of their relatives and family come in to meet baby Zidane and Aizah, but a lot of their industry friends graced the occasion as well.
Amongst a host of names, close friends from the industry like Tannaz Irani and Bakhtiyaar, Karanvir Bohra and Teejay Sidhu, Manini De Mishra, Aahana Kumra and a few others were seen stepping in to meet the babies and make the celebration an even more special one, with lots of baby selfies, cuddles and laughs making the evening one to remember.
Sara tied the knot with life coach Arfeen Khan in February 2009 and the two are proud parents of twins.
