Actress Sana Khan's break-up with Melvin Louis was hard. In her interviews and posts on social media, Sana revealed in early 2020 that Melvin had cheated on her not once but thrice. She disclosed several Whatsapp chats to support her claims. The actress in her interview to TOI had shared, "I broke up with Melvin because he was cheating on me. I had loved him with all my heart and was committed to him. What I got in return has disturbed and shaken me. I have developed anxiety issues and am dealing with depression ever since." Uttaran fame Tina Datta hasn't had it easy in her personal life. The actress had shared exclusively with TOI how she landed herself in a relationship that turned out to be abusive and broke her completely. She said, "I was in a relationship with a non-industry guy for five years. We had met through common friends. But I called time on it, because he was extremely abusive, verbally and physically. I would get bashed up even in front of my friends. I went bonkers to an extent that my confidence took a beating." The actress' first marriage with Bharat Narsinghani fell apart reportedly due to the harassment she faced, and even one with Farhan Mirza hit a rough patch because of domestic violence and abuse. The actress had shared in her interview with TOI, "It was not just sexual abuse, I went through financial and mental abuse, too. The atmosphere in the house was driving me crazy. Navya fame Somya Seth, who got married to longtime beau Arun Kapoor in January, 2017, shocked everyone when she talked about suffering in her marriage on social media. The actress not only accused her husband of being a criminal but also shared posts in 2019, indicating suffering abuse. Ex-Bigg Boss contestant Mandana Karimi, who got married to boyfriend Gaurav Gupta in January 2017, filed a domestic violence case against her husband right after a few months of their marriage. The model-turned-actress said in her application alleged that she was asked to quit her career after marriage. Things became ugly when Mandana was stopped from entering her house. She also alleged harassment by her mother-in-law. Apparently, Mandana was thrown out of the house a few months after her wedding.
