Shruti Seth hints at Season 2 as Shararat cast reunites

One of the most popular shows 'Shararat' was a favourite among the viewers. The show starred Shruti Seth and Karanvir Bohra as Jiya and Dhruv, along with Farida Jalal as Nani.
The cast of the show met, yet again, and Shruti Seth posted a picture from the same day on her Instagram account hinting at the second season of the popular fantasy-comedy show.

Sharing a picture of theirs, she wrote: Sharrrraaaarrrraaaat...Missing you @karanvirbohra #shararat #reunited #somethingiscooking #backtogether

This definitely means that there is something in store for the viewers and fans of the show.
Shararat became a cult and was popular amongst the younger generation. The original show used to air on Star Plus channel. It was loosely on the lines of American sitcom "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch". After almost five years, the show ended in 2009.
In September 2010, Disney Channel India bought the rights to the show.
