Shruti Bapna & Lavina Tandon in Mera Tera Rishta Purana

Despite being a huge hit amongst fans TV Czarina Ekta Kapoor’s ambitious love story, Tere Liye went off-air owing to the feud between the production house and the channel.
And since then Balaji Telefilms has not made any show for the channel. However, all seems to be well between the channel and the production house as Ekta Kapoor is all geared up to launch her new show Mera Tera Rishta Puranaon Star Plus.
Mera Tera Rishta Purana which is based on Manju Kapur's popular novel will witness the comeback of Cezanne Khan and Divyanka Tripathi.
And the latest news suggests that actress Shruti Bapna and Lavina Tandon have also been roped into play a pivotal role.
Sources inform that Shruti who has popular shows like Saas Bina Sasural andSasural Genda Phoolto her credit will be a part of the Iyer family. She will play the role of Divyanka’s elder sister Vandita whereas Lavina who was earlier seen in Papad Polhas been cast to play Anurag Sharma’s on-screen wife.
When contacted, Shruti confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I am very much a part of the show and I will play the role of Divyanka’s sister. It’s an extremely positive role and is very supportive towards her sister. She is like a support system for her.”
