Shritama Mukherjee suffers from ear infection!

TV actressShritamaMukherjee had to undergo a minor surgery for her ear infection.
TV actress Shritama was shooting for the last schedule of her film, and she went from Mangalore to Sakleshpur which is a remote place. She had to shoot one song and then she had to go to Bangalore where she had shot the other song. The travelling and change of weather affected her health.

She said, "I had cough and cold already due to weather changes and too much travelling because no proper sleep, outside food and everything made me lose my immunity. But then I had to fly back to Mumbai... That's when my ears started paining inside the flight when it was about to land. I consulted a few ENT specialists and they all suspected the same thing saying it would go with a minor operation. But when I was undergoing the operation, the doctor told me its not what we were thinking it to be. It's something else. He said the passage from the inner ear to the outer has developed some pores due to which the inner liquid is travelling to the outer ear blocking the ear drums. So now if it improves with the medicines well and good but if it doesn't I might have to undergo a major one. I wasn't really scared when I was about to go through the operation. I was happily going inside, my friends were like you are going for an operation and you are so happy. But yes it did pain. Even though they gave me a local anesthesia, but it still pained when they inserted the instrument deep inside my ear and I did cry towards the end. I couldn't resume my shoot because doctor has asked me to take complete bed rest till the time I'm a liltle better. So I haven't even stepped out my house for the past four days."
