Shooting in bio-bubble reminds me of my Bigg Boss days, says Monalisa Biswas
Many TV show have been shooting outside Mumbai since the past few weeks after restrictions were imposed in Maharashtra to control the growing number of COVID-19 cases.
Actress Monalisa Biswas has been shooting in Hyderabad in a bio-bubble kind of format for her show
The actress, who was a part of Bigg Boss season 10, says she is reminded of her BB days and feels she is in that house again.
“The feel is almost the same. We are living 24 hours with the same people here and we do all the activities together, right from eating to working out."
There are many advantages here, she points out. "I don’t have to do any household chores like I had to in the Bigg Boss house and there are no fights! We have our phones and we have the internet connectivity so we are connected with the outside world,” she says
Talking about their shoot, she says, “It is a good thing that we are shooting in a bio-bubble because now we are connected more to the people of our show. We all know the habits and moods of others. We spend a lot of time together and are like a close-knit family now. We are there for each other whenever someone feels low or is missing home. We all are missing our homes, but work is important too.”
The bio-bubble format ensures their safety because of which they are relaxed, she says. “I think in a time like this nothing is safer than this format. I wonder how people make ut to their work places. Privileged people can still use their personal vehicles to commute but what about those who have to travel through the public transport system. That not only puts them at risk but puts everyone at risk. No matter how many precautions we take, one mistake and everyone has to pay for it,” says the actress.
“It’s the first time after marriage that we have been living apart. I am missing him terribly and I video call him when ever I get the time. He is in his home town with his parents since his shoots are also not happening. I hope to return to Mumbai soon so that we can meet,” she signs off.
