Shocking twist in the nominations of Bigg Boss 12; watch teasers
After Anup Jalota and Saba Khan's eviction in the previous episode, Bigg Boss has left the contestants shocked with the new twist in the nominations.
In the first preview teaser of Bigg Boss 12, Bigg Boss announces that over a period of 6 weeks, the contestants might have made a lot of friends in the house. But since Diwali is round the corner, one contestant from the house will be given a chance to celebrate Diwali with his/her real family.

However, the contestant would be selected through the nomination process. This time the big twist is, that the contestants will have to pick name of the inmate they want to save in the house. This leaves everyone shocked.
Romil Chaudhary chooses to save Somi Khan as she is very strong. Dipika Kakar takes Sreesanth's name because he is trying to improve himself. Somi picks Surbhi Rana for being active and involved in the game.

Urvashi Vani feels Sreesanth should stay in the game as he is playing the game well. Jasleen Matharu takes Shivashish Mishra's name for being a positive influence in her life. Sreesanth calls Dipika a good competitor and decides to save her. Shivashish is in favour of Jasleen staying in the house for longer. He shares with Bigg Boss that this will enable her to take independent decisions after Anup Jalota's eviction

Megha Dhade surprisingly goes with Dipika as she tells Bigg Boss that she is not fake, unlike what other contestants feel. If she stays longer in the house, everyone would know this about her. Deepak is then given the extra power to nominate someone on his own since he is the captain.
In another teaser, a new task is announced wherein Romil, Deepak, Somi and Surbhi have to choose from the most 'layak' (capable) contestant to the least 'layak' one. They place Sreesanth at number one for being himself, Karanvir Bohra at second for taking a stand, third to Dipika Kakar for her strong-headed attitude, Jasleen at fourth for now showing what she is capable of. Jasleen is unhappy with her ranking as she feels she should be given Karanvir's place. Surbhi argues with her on this and doesn't agree.

Romil asks Megha Dhade, who is placed at number 5, why she tried to strike a deal with him to not nominate her for the entire season. He asks her if it was her over confidence or confidence. Megha explains that it was her personal strategy to know who is more beneficial in the game for her. Romil doesn't agree with her.

Rohit is at the sixth position, Shivashish is at the seventh. The latter is accused of not using his own brain, and standing up for himself. Romil feels Srishty (at eighth position) is difficult to understand while Somi tells her she is quite opinionated. Surbhi tells Srishty that she is quite weak compared to other singles and there is less acceptance of her by the singles. Deepak tells Srishty she needs to be a little selfish. Srishty tells them she considers herself a strong contestant because she has come this far in the game.
