Shoaib Ibrahim to the small screen, is all sent to go off air in the last week of July. The sudden news of Shoaib Ibrahim and Yesha Rughani starrer Jeet Gayi Toh Piya Morey going off the air has shocked its fans. The channel is being taken off air owing to its low TRP ratings.
Recently, Shoaib posted a heartfelt note on his social media page and wrote, "The chattering... the arguing... the masti... the fun... bidding a goodbye to everything... Its difficult for me as well coz it has been my fav journey so far.... and Varunika has ended up being very close to my heart!!!! They will always live forever in my heart... and im sure in yours too....

Jeet Gayi Toh Piya Morey started airing in August last year and the makers had roped Krip Suri and Yesha for the lead roles. Later, Krip quit the show as the makers wanted to show a leap of 25 years, while actress Yesha still continued the show. Later, Sasural Simar Ka fame Shoaib Ibrahim joined the show and played the lead actor alongside Yesha. Within no time, the audiences loved Shoaib and Yesha's chemistry on-screen and they were applauded for their performances in the show.
